Privacy

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, brand or website if you add it, and your message. We also store a scrambled version of your IP address, which we use to limit repeat messages. We do not store the address itself with your message.
• Booking a call: the Cal.com calendar loads only when you choose to book. Cal.com collects what you enter there and shares your booking details with us.
• Email and WhatsApp: whatever you send us when you contact us directly.
• Basic visit statistics: Umami records pages viewed, where you came from, your browser, device and country, and actions such as clicking a booking link. It runs on every visit, without cookies.
• With your consent only: Google Analytics measures how the site is used, and Microsoft Clarity records sessions and heatmaps, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Neither runs unless you accept the cookie banner.
• Security check: Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the contact page to tell people from bots. To do that, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical details about your browser.
• Server logs: our hosting provider logs technical details of requests, including IP addresses, to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

• To answer your message and arrange calls, because you asked us to.
• To keep the site and contact form secure and free of spam, which is our legitimate interest.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it: with your consent for Google Analytics and Clarity, and as our legitimate interest for the cookie-free Umami statistics.
• To meet legal obligations, where they apply.

Who handles it for us

We use these providers to run the site. Each handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

• Vercel: hosting and server logs.
• Supabase: database storing contact messages.
• Cloudflare: the Turnstile security check.
• Umami: cookie-free visit statistics.
• Google: Google Analytics, with consent.
• Microsoft: Clarity session recordings and heatmaps, with consent.
• Cal.com: booking calls.
• [Confirm: we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.]

Cookies and browser storage

• Your cookie choice is saved in your browser (klay-analytics-consent) so we do not ask again.
• If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*, and Microsoft Clarity sets cookies such as _clck, _clsk, CLID and MUID.
• You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. When you decline, we stop these tools and remove their cookies from this site.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages, and the scrambled IP address stored with them, for [period, for example 24 months] after our last contact with you. Messages filed as spam are kept for [period, for example 90 days]. Our providers keep the data they handle according to their own policies and your settings with them.

Where your data goes

We are a US company and work with clients in the United States and the Gulf. Our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws from yours.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We limit who can read contact messages and protect them with access controls. No system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the form.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under [age, for example 16]. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other services, such as Behance and WhatsApp, are covered by those services’ own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and change the date at the top when we do.
