What does the process look like from start to finish?
A discovery call, a short questionnaire and a brief. We share moodboards and a direction, design in Figma, and build once you approve. You sign off every stage before we move on.
Can you work on my existing Shopify store?
Yes. We redesign existing stores, migrate from other platforms, or improve specific pages like product pages and the cart, without taking your store offline.
Will I be able to update everything myself?
Yes. Everything is built with editable sections, and at launch you get video walkthroughs showing your team how to add products, change content and run promotions.
How do we communicate during the project?
WhatsApp and email day to day, plus a recorded video walkthrough at every stage, so you always know where things stand, whatever your time zone.
Where are your clients based?
Mostly in the United States and the GCC: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. We are a US company, work fully remotely, and schedule calls in your time zone.
